Places to rest and starting point for numerous activities

A perfect example of the type of positive town and municipality mentioned above can be found in Puigcerdà, in La Cerdanya. While its enormous natural beauty is a claim on its own, it is also a perfect starting point from which to undertake all kinds of activities. The best way to enjoy the mountains is by going on some hiking route through its natural landscapes (well-designed routes prepared for the visitor, who can obtain information at authorized points such as the Puigcerdà and Cerdanya tourist offices). This cozy villa also enjoys the presence of two beautiful lakes with a park, the banks of the Segre River and its proximity to famous ski slopes. Puigcerdà has many places to visit and enjoy in its narrow streets with a great gastronomic, commercial and leisure offer. In addition to the charm of its municipalities: Age, Vilallobent, Ventajola and Rigolisa. It is definitely a quiet municipality in which to spend the vacations and relaxation days.
