1. How do the sales commissions work?
For each share buyer you refer, you will receive a 5% commission.

2. When do I receive my commission?

You are paid on the day the sale of your share is completed.

3. What is the process of selling fractional ownership?

It is very similar to selling any other property. The main difference is that it is much easier for you because we can take care of all the paperwork and the process and you get a higher commission than with a traditional house sale.

4. I have a buyer who is interested in a house, how do we get started?

You can either have your buyer contact us directly or act on their behalf. Whatever you decide, your commission will not change. Just fill out the contact form or call one of our sales agents and we'll be happy to work with you.

5. One of my clients wants to sell their house, what do we do?

Contact us via our contact form or give us a call. We will review the property and, if it is a good fit, we will contact you with the next steps.
