Virtual decoration by Butinyà

Dreaming of a bright villa with stunning sea views is possible thanks to this magnificent new development villa with modern design, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Lloret de Mar. An ideal place to enjoy rest, relaxation and luxury, just 150 meters from one of the best coves on the Costa Brava, Cala Canyelles.

Thanks to Butinyà, we have been able to make the virtual decoration of the living room of this wonderful villa a reality, in a fantastic render.
Knowing that it is a space in which geometry and verticality are very present, Butinyà chose to include furniture that contrasted with curved and slightly rounded shapes.
Decorating a villa with so much potential, without forgetting the touch of sophistication it deserves, is not an easy task, but it has been successfully achieved in every corner.

We will explore the strong points of this virtual decoration, to delight hosts and occasional guests.

Gastronomy with sea views

As can be seen in the images, the area, whether for lunch, brunch or dinner, has been located at the end of the living-dining room, next to the large windows. Spotting the blue of the sea while tasting exquisite Catalan cuisine is one of the strong points of this light-filled dining room.

To shape the place for the dinners, we have chosen a beautiful table called Vieques de Kettal, made of a light aluminum structure and with a Teka tabletop, ideal for indoor and outdoor evenings. Its Nordic aesthetic full of functionality, completely combines with more modern and even more rustic furniture.

The dining room space is signed by these wonderful chairs from the Magda series by Cattelan Italia, which were chosen for their structure in natural ash and light textile upholstery, to achieve an eminently light composition. Its smooth and rounded shapes make a perfect counterpoint, with the large rectangular table.

As you can see in the image, we will not need much more to create a magazine-worthy composition.

The industrial lamps that fall from the ceiling and the desire to enjoy a good lunch will be enough to seal a magical moment.

Without a doubt, a great choice to enjoy all the gastronomic moments that we will experience throughout the day.

Light, light and more light

But, let's talk a little more about the reason for our choice about lamps.
Although we start from a very bright villa in essence, the purpose is to keep that light also on relaxed nights.

It is not an easy task to find the bright design pieces that will accompany us in our day to day, meeting criteria of elegance, sophistication and functionality.

The initial idea was to recreate a modern but practical space. And precisely, because lamps are decorative accessories, which do not touch or interfere in our routine, we have risked their design by opting for an unconventional material: cement.
To create dynamism and offer a slightly extravagant touch, we chose three different colors: white, gray and brown. The industrial air offered to the room is, without a doubt, the highlight of the dining room decoration.

The living room, the heart of the home

Next, we will talk about another relevant part in any home, especially if it is one designed for rest and enjoyment, such as the living room.

Choosing the upholstery of the sofa is not an easy task when it comes to the central axis of the room, since it will be the place where all the eyes of our guests will reside and also the place where they will rest.

Due to its rounded, warm and extremely cozy shapes, we couldn't help but opt for this Kailua Sofa by Ditre Italia. A corner sofa designed solely for rest and relaxation in the company of loved ones and guests. Its structure and color are a guaranteed success that will combine perfectly with other furniture and materials.

The living room should be a corner for rest, but also for reading. For this reason, Butinyà thinks of the readers of the house and gives them this very elegant and practical choice: the Tondina floor lamp by Ditre Italia. A unique piece in design that will not go unnoticed, judging by its shapes and its thin metal structure.

The material used is brushed brass and its shapes are made on purpose to suggest an unconventional light diffusion. The originality of this light source will surprise our guests for sure.

To complete the impression of this ideal room, perfectly combined with the dining room that we described previously, we find this unique

side table that stands out for its asymmetrical shapes. Made of eucalyptus wood with beveled edges, it is a design piece that will not leave anyone indifferent, both for its aesthetics, and for its incredibly practical side, in terms of its lightness and dimensions.

Imagine enjoying a cocktail after lunch, an option, without a doubt, successful.

At the end of the day, this evocative space decorated by Butinyà's experts in design and luxury, will dazzle any guest or host who dares to explore all its charms. White walls that respect natural light, furniture with curved lines to offer a feeling of warmth and design pieces that will surprise anyone.

Without a doubt, the best thing about this villa is its modern, timeless, diaphanous and elegant style. Without losing sight of comfort, but offering us unique designs.

A temple for comfort just a few meters from the sea.
