Winter Lillet
A delicious combination of Lillet Blanc, cinnamon, pears and thyme.
Recipe for 1 drink:
5 cl of Lillet Blanc
5 cl of pear juice
5 cl of tonic
2 cl of cinnamon syrup
3 cl of fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
Fill a glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the tonic. Finally, fill with the tonic and decorate the glasses with pears, thyme and cinnamon.
Cranberry Apfel Cider Sangria
Ingredients:
A bottle of red wine
2 cups apple cider (non-alcoholic)
One cup of unsweetened cranberry juice
Half a cup of Triple Sec (orange flavored liquor)
Half a cup of honey
A cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
A cup of diced apples
Cinnamon sticks
Preparation:
Pour the red wine into a large pitcher. Then add the cider and cranberry juice and mix well with the Triple Sec and honey. Finally add the blueberries and diced apples to the drink and stir well again.
Depending on your taste, the cocktail can be diluted with a splash of mineral water.
Pour the finished sangria into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
White Christmas Mojito
Ingredients:
Juice of 1 lime
8 mint leaves
1 spoon of sugar
2 tablespoons white rum
1 tablespoon of coconut rum
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
Sparkling water to cover
Arils of pomegranate to serve 1 sparkling water
Preparation:
In a glass, blend the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves until the leaves break. Fill the glass halfway with ice.
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk and pulse until smooth. Pour over the ice and stir to combine. Top with sparkling water, mint, and pomegranate.
Eggnog and ginger
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
Ice
1 C. Eggnog
1 C. vodka
1 C. Kahlua
2 tablespoons molasses plus more for drizzling
1 pinch of ground ginger
Whipped cream, to cover
Preparation:
Dip the rims of four cocktail glasses and dip them in cinnamon sugar.
In a shaker filled with ice, add the eggnog, vodka, Kahlúa, molasses, and ginger and shake to combine.
Pour into rimmed glasses. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with molasses before serving.
Christmas Fire Wintercocktail
Ingredients:
Christmas cosmopolitan
Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 oz pomegranate juice
1 pomegranate seeds, fresh
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 oz lime juice, fresh
4 oz ginger ale
8 oz vodka, flavored or plain
Preparation:
Fill a martini shaker with ice.
Add all the ingredients and shake for 10 seconds.
Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
