Last year, the Estepona area has welcomed a transformation in its infrastructure that continues daily, as an example the promenade gained another 400 meters since 2017, also a bridge that will connect the 60% of the 23 km of Estepona coast.
The impulse that Estepona has had- has been thanks to the mayor who together with private companies have renewed the well-known New Golden Mile by investing more than € 400,000 to ensure the quality of the renovation project.
The Estepona New Golden Mile, little by little is positioned as the new area of the coast whose supply grows constantly. The Estepona´s renewal, has not only been in infrastructure, promenade and new promotions that are gestated, but also seeks to increase the green areas and living areas for residents and tireless travelers who are coming every year to visit the Costa del Sol.
On the other hand, the city council has also reinforced the planter's project for the Estepona old town with the aim of overcoming the 20,000 pots. "Estepona, Garden of the Costa del Sol" is a tourism initiative started up since 2012 also by the City Council.
