Thai design in Madrid

Thai design is currently one of the most popular styles in Madrid. This is because it is able to bring exoticism, freshness and originality to any home. The design is characterised by its variety and richness of details, colours and textures, so it is ideal for those who want to escape from conventions. These four properties that we are going to present to you are some excellent examples.

The first one is a luxury penthouse in Justicia. The property consists of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in 360 square metres of living space. This ready to move in penthouse boasts of having white walls that blend perfectly with furniture, thus combining the colours of the wood with bright and colourful textile features. The large windows and lights, combined with the use of carpets, are other aspects that also define the property.

You should take a trip to the neighbourhood of Salamanca to find the following example of Thai style apartment in Madrid. In this case, the style has been chosen to bring out the space and provide each room with a more functional character. Within its 107 square metres, which include two bathrooms and a bedroom, there are many wooden features that are intended to optimise space, with the paintings, curtains and classic furniture being responsible for that distinctive look.

In Argüelles, we have one of the most representative Thai style top floor apartments. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all the rooms have been decorated from the base with white marble flooring that combines perfectly with furniture and black fabrics to create an incredible chromatic contrast effect - as they always do. The colours gold, intense red and orange also stand out the most.

But, if there is a flat that is the loyal reflection of the Thai design, it has to be the one located in the neighbourhood of Salamanca. It comes with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The spaces such as the terrace and the living room have been revamped with new items of furniture, curtains and paintings that emit great visibility. The flowers and plants also give the place a privileged look. However, in the kitchen, which is covered with marble tiles, the emphasis has been made on the functionality and contrast of colours.

In short, the Thai design is fashionable in Madrid as it proves that even the most luxurious properties in the city are starting to show it off. Undoubtedly, it is an alternative to the traditional trends from the western world.
