At Engel & Völkers we are proud to announce our colleagues' promotion and their growth, both professionally and personally. The best example that we can give in this respect is Mercedes Pulido, who worked as a commercial consultant for 3 and a half years in the Chamartin area.
Due to her tremendous work, she has managed to move up and gain the position of commercial director. Congratulations!!
Mercedes has a long career in the real estate sector. After completing her studies at ICADE in Business Administration and Management, she completed a master's degree in Taxation and Taxation of Companies at CUNEF, followed by various training courses as a Sales Technician and in Valuations and Real Estate Appraisals.
We are confident that both her experience and her good knowledge of English have contributed to her professional development at Engel & Völkers, but it is undoubtedly her interpersonal qualities that make her a key player in our company.
Mercedes will go on to manage the sales team in Madrid's Centro area, which is a highly fashionable district. If Salamanca and Jerónimos have that stately and elegant air about them, Justicia maintains itself with a cosmopolitan and avant-garde touch.
By exploring Fernando VI, Barquillo, Argensola and Almirante, you will discover its boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, wine bars, terraces and fashionable clubs. Mercedes will no doubt find it a challenge to work as a manager in the coolest area of Madrid.
Pretty soon, part of the district will be included in the Residential Priority Area, which means its streets will be pedestrianised and traffic will be limited to just residents and public transport. This will certainly give the neighbourhood a more exclusive and welcoming feel.
