The Residencial Guindalera New development Promotion is located in the centre-east of the city, in the neighbourhood of Guindalera, better known as La Guindalera, belonging to the district of Salamanca. 


La Guindalera includes the area popularly known as Parque de las Avenidas, which is the last extension of the area.
The district is delimited by Avenida de América, by Manuel Silvela Street, by Alcalá Street, and by the M-30.
At its southeast end is the bullring of Las Ventas. The neighbourhood has two green areas: the Breogán park in the eastern part and the Eva Duarte de Perón park in the far south. 


It is an eminently residential area with numerous recently constructed buildings to which young couples with children are currently moving. It is equipped with numerous services: three sports centers, nursery school, public school and institute, and several charter schools, shopping area and hospitals. The neighbourhood is being provided with new sanitary infrastructures, an aspect in which it is on a par with the rest of the neighbourhoods in the district of Salamanca. It currently has two senior centers, a center for people with Alzheimer's disease, and is under construction a new health center very soon to open. 


It is very well communicated with the rest of the city, both by the Metro network and by a large number of EMT bus lines. Next to it is the Avenida de América interchange. Also, given its location next to the M-30 the neighborhood offers easy access by car. 


The Plaza de San Cayetano is one of the neuralgic points of the neighbourhood as a meeting point, where La Guindalera Market is located. Residencial Guindalera is located just 200 metres from this square.
