After a big success last year, Engel and Volkers will be present at the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA) 2018, the largest real estate event in Spain and one of the most important real estate fairs in Europe. The event will take in the Feria de Madrid Hall 10, from May 31st to June 3rd 2018, where you can find Engel & Völkers Team at stand D2-009. Engel & Völkers Marbella will be showcasing its exclusive development projects: La Meridiana Suites and The Collection, as well as the best selection of resale properties currently available on Marbella’s real estate market, including luxurious, contemporary style villas, penthouses and apartments situated in the most desirable areas in Marbella.
In this 20th edition, there will be an increase of 20% of exhibitors taking part of the event over a surface of 13,000 square meters. The event recorded an increase of 14% of visitors in the previous edition and looks forward to beating the record again this year. Statistics show that in 2017, the two largest groups included young visitors of up to 35 years old looking for their first and visitors between 35 and 50 years old considering changing their home.
The Madrid Real Estate Exhibition has gained a significant importance since 1999 by gathering professionals from different countries, bringing together all the different segments of the real estate sector and fairing a commercial and business development platform that connects developers, investors, financial and public bodies.
