On April 29th a Grand Event was held by Engel & Völkers Marbella Golden Mile Shop in the iconic 5-star Puente Romano Hotel. The General Director of Engel & Völkers Marbella Golden Mile Shop, Smadar Kahana,welcomed 250 guests from across Europe and presented a new Residential Spa Resort of 34 luxurious penthouses and apartments with a concept that has not been offered in Marbella until today.
This unique project is exclusively offered to Engel & Völkers Marbella Golden Mile Shop. The idea of creation of the development that would take real estate in Marbella to a new level of luxury came up right away when Marc Van Acker, the Founder and an Executive Director of Estato, one of the leading real estate developers in Belgium, came to offer a new project to Engel & Völkers. Talking to him, Ms. Kahana said “What we would need to offer to our clients are not just apartments, but a lifestyle they expect from Marbella. The guests could see the video with the concept of La Meridiana Suites on the screen. The elegant evening was accompanied by Gourmet food catered by the Group of 2 Mechiline Star Chef Dani Garcia and beautiful live saxophone, violin and piano music. Various elegant dances, performances of acrobat dancers in water, jugglers and stilters were also entertaining the audience. When leaving the event the guests were nicely surprised by receiving the exquisite presents consisting of a great selection of candles, Belgium chocolate and a very special video brochure showcasing La Meridiana Suites and Engel & Völkers lifestyle in Marbella.
