When we meet clients in our Real Estate office in Moraira they have normally been searching around different areas in Costa Blanca, trying to find the best spot for their dream home in Spain.
There are many places in Costa Blanca, but Why particularly in Moraira? What makes it so special and Why would you own a property here?
1. A Privileged Landscape
On the Costa Blanca you have a stunning contrast of mountains, greenery and sea. This allows for some of the most spectacular panoramic views along the Spanish Coast.
2. Healthy Lifestyle.
According to WHO (World Health Organization) the Moraira area holds one of the best climates in the world for a healthy lifestyle. Clean unpolluted air, over 300 days of sun and a very mild winter surrounded by nature makes the area a perfect place to live all year round. These advantages apply to other areas on the Costa Blanca but the sun orientation, low population density and a pristine coast makes Moraira a tempting choice.
3. The Mediterranean as it used to be
It is a small and quiet area characterised by its privacy and there are still some special secret spots to discover. There are no high buildings (building restrictions doesn't allow this) that damage the appearance and feeling of the promenades, and most of the properties available for sale are villas.
4. Well connected
Access to the highway is a lot closer than other populations such as Denia or Javea. It is usually quite quick to get to and from the airport, especially in summer time when many smaller roads are crowded.
