Comfortable living in L´Horta Oest Valencia
Just 7 km from Valencia Manises is recognized by the airport located in it and for being the cradle of the ceramics. Has more than 30,000 inhabitants so it enjoys the services of a big city, such as, a hospital, 6 underground stops, 2 bus lines, institutes, schools and its leisure opportunities include a golf club, a tennis club and the newly built city of leisure and sport with football, tennis, athletics and paddle courts. Its location, on the right side of the Turia River invites you to go for a walk or cycle along the riverside park that was planned from Cabecera Park to Villamarchante, roosting an important stretch in this municipality. Industrial ceramics has been commercialised for centuries and the best store window are the creamics in the doors of the houses in the old town as well as in the ceramics museum and in buildings as unique as the façade of “El Arte”.
With all this, living in Manises is very easy with the convenience of reaching in just a minute to the main motorways, such as, the V-30, A-3 or the By-Pass. Due to it, is possible to combine work or visiting Valencia daily with the tranquillity of living in a municipality with an atmosphere of neighbourhood, family and tradition.
Quart de Poblet, is an adjacent town of Manises whose potential is to have one of the largest industrial estates in the Valencian Community, being adjacent to the A-3. Furthermore, this population is characterized by having won a national award for improving accessibility and removing architectural barriers, making it a city well prepared for every citizen to move through it. In addition to its proximity to Valencia, the provision of services, such, as official language school, courts, national police along with the most common as schools, supermarkets, health centres and sports centres, makes it a very practical city to live in.
