The municipality of Bocairent In the region of Vall d'Albaida is a beautiful and very picturesque town to visit. Embellished with the nearby Sierra de Mariola, it offers a unique picture postcard at every point of the landscape. Photography lovers find here the perfect place to capture incredible shots. To enjoy the town, you can visit the historic centre, surrounded by the Vinalopó and Clariano rivers. In addition, you will be able to see the magnificent caves of Les Covetes dels Moros inside the rocky mass.

This spectacular farmhouse has been restored preserving the original structure of the house, its stone walls and using high quality materials. The house consists of two floors, the ground floor as a day area and the first floor as sleeping area. On the ground floor we have a living room with a fireplace which gives us access to a lounge with large windows from which you can enjoy stunning views from the house, next to the lounge we have the kitchen office fitted, equipped with a bar iron galvanized and all the facilities mounted in cabinets that give us a vision very clean of it. All the pavement of this area are natural stone tiles. Through a large glass window leading to a terrace suspended in teak wood and iron that connects directly to the swimming pool and solarium area. The rectangular shape infinity pool is supported by a structure of stone. On the second floor we have the night area which consists of a master bedroom with another large glass and a tub in micro cement and a toilet. Then we find three rooms that contain a small attic that can be used as bunk beds, and a full bathroom. In this area, the floor is natural wood flooring. The house has energy self-sufficiency through solar panels and power generating equipment, natural springwater. The heating is focused and through floor heating and consists also of a sauna and relaxation area. The plot are seventy-five thousand square metres of natural park. This house has been designed completely for relaxation and enjoy of the rest time.

Chelva, in the region of Los Serranos, is a small town perfect for rural tourism within Valencia. Charming and spacious house, perfect for a tourist business, as a Bed & Breakfast or a big family. The property, which dates back to 1900, is full of details in all its architecture and it is in a very good condition. Crossing the hall, at the back of the house, we can relax in its sunny backyard . On the ground floor we will also have access to 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom and the garage. All on ground level. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen with pantry, a large dining room with access to the balcony, which presides over the garden, very nice and quiet. In this floor also there are 3 bathrooms, 4 more bedrooms and a room with an enclosed balcony. Continuing our visit to the second floor, we will find a library, a dining room that serves as a lobby for 4 other rooms and two bathrooms. And separated from these, other two rooms and a bathroom at the same floor.
