The best urbanisations in Valencia

Thanks to its cultural, gastronomic and tourist offer, Valencia has a great urban heritage for both permanent and seasonal residents. The following are the five most luxurious developments.

Campolivar

Located in Godella to the northwest of the capital, this urbanisation is surrounded by the towns of Burjasot and Paterna. It is composed mostly large and small-sized luxury chalets, townhouses and private fincas.

Thanks to its excellent transport links with the capital (through the CV-35), Campolivar has also become a place for leisure and sports activities thanks to its Deportivo Club where you can practice and learn tennis, football, squash. You can also enjoy leisure events or study at the British school, Los Olivos.

Santa Bárbara

To the north of Campolivar and belonging to the municipality of Rocafort, Santa Bárbara has more than six thousand inhabitants, good transport connections with Valencia through CV-310 and CV-35, 2-kilometre metro stations in Rocafort, and all types of facilities such as a tennis school, swimming pool, the British school, Cambridge House Community College, and 24-hour security.

Mas Camarena

A very quiet urbanisation located in Betera, it has all the necessary amenities for daily living and is connected to Valencia by the CV-35 and the rest of the coast by the AP-7. The urbanisation has about 20 thousand inhabitants, mostly permanent residents, private security and a variety of property types.

Torre en Conill

This urbanisation is located in Mas Camarera in the municipality of Betera. It is home to Escorpión Golf Course. With 27 holes, it is one of the best golf courses in the province, which has made the urbanisation a favourite destination for golf lovers.

Moreover, transport connections with the city of Valencia are excellent thanks to the nearby CV-35, it has shops and other services, private security and a wide range of uniquely designed chalets, townhouses and fincas.

Alfinach

A few hundred metres from the American School of Valencia, with its own sports club and within the Sierra Calderona National Park, the luxury urbanisation of Alfinach is located in the municipality of Puzol, 16 kilometres north of Valencia and just 5 kilometres from the coast.

It has 19 thousand inhabitants and most of them live permanently in Alfinach. With connection by train and 15 minutes away from Valencia Airport, this is one of the most reputable urbanisations in Valencia.
