The best urbanisations to live in Valencia as an alternative to the city centre

The historic and urban centre is the heart of every big city, and in the case of Valencia, even more. After all, its main monuments and traditional atmosphere are within its centre. Mas Camarena

This is a housing development located in the municipality of Bétera, less than 9 kilometres from the historic centre of Valencia. It has 1200 homes located near the facilities of the Technological Park of Paterna and has excellent access to the CV-35 road to the capital, and the A-7, which runs along the Mediterranean coast. It also has a direct bus line that facilitates access to the epicentre of the town.

It is usual that in this type of housing development, the owners do not reside there during most of the year. However, this is not the case in Mas Camarena as what makes it a great place to live in is its tranquility.
