Let us recommend the top activities that you can enjoy during your holiday to Valencia in the month of August.

1) Go to a restaurant or snack bar on the beach. Since you are in a city where you can enjoy its beautiful beaches, you should not forget to take a swim in its clear waters. When you feel hungry, have a taste of the traditional dishes in one of the bars or restaurants. We recommend a popular place known for both the quality of its food as well as the famous faces who visit it frequently: La Pepica.

2) Take the opportunity to see the beautiful sunset from Albufera. Another activity that families or groups of people can enjoy is to visit the Albufera Natural Park. When you reach this park, you can decide whether to take a boat ride to cross the river and get to know the species that live there or stop at Gola de Pujol to watch the beautiful sunset. However, if you prefer to visit the park earlier in the day, you will enjoy the wine tastings that take place there.

3) Visit the old town. If you visit the Valencian city, you cannot leave without getting to know the preciousness of the old town. For this reason, we recommend that you hire the services of a guide so you can become familiar with the history of all the monuments that are located in the streets of Valencia. These include: Las Torres de Quart, Las Torres de Serrano, el Miguelete, and la Catedral, etc.

4) Visit the Museum of Arts and Sciences and Hemisféric. Before leaving the old town, don't miss getting to know the modernist side of the city. If science and discoveries are to your liking, then you will feel like a child again when you visit all the interactive museum exhibits. If you go with children, you can visit Hemisféric and watch a good movie on the big screen. We assure you this will be a unique experience for you.
