The most valuable piece of our non-public offer is another palace on Andrássy Avenue. Among our public offers, a neo-renaissance hunting castle.

15. WHAT ARE THE FUTURE PROPECTS FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS ON THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN HUNGARY?

Due to the lack of constructable spaces and areas, the renovation of good located, once luxury properties will be essential to meet market needs of the higher class. Together with the newly built properties, the number of luxury real estate will increase significantly following the demands of the market.
