In the heart of the capital of truffles, in conjunction with the International Fair of the "White King", on November 18th, 2021 the new shop of Engel & Völkers, a leading group in the field of luxury real estate, officially opened its doors in Alba.
The ribbon was cut by Deputy Mayor and Councillor Carlotta Boffa.
A mythical land, as Cesare Pavese defined it, whose profiles are traced by vines and hazelnut groves: a hilly landscape that since 2014 has boasted the title of Unesco World Heritage Site and that offers genuine flavors, the result of an indissoluble relationship between man and nature.
"Alba and the Langhe are an example of an economy from which take inspiration. They offer exclusive real estate in a context that is both refined and genuine at the same time. The average of real estate values have been stable for many years thanks to the continuous influx of foreigners and international investors. The most exclusive properties can reach much higher values than the average if well managed and entrusted to the best real estate professionals.
Our goal is to enhance the value of real estate assets by creating a showcase of worldwide visibility through our renowned brand, in order to attract the large amount of liquid capital present in the international market today. As Engel & Völkers, we aim to sell prestigious properties, from studio apartments to large mansions, both to national and international clients, not necessarily a millionaire clientele but certainly a very demanding one in terms of quality of the properties and pre and post-sale service," declared Stefania Emanuel and Alessandro Matarozzo, already Licence Partners of the Engel & Völkers Asti - Monferrato shop.
Regardless of the requested type of property by sophisticated clients, the common denominator of the Engel & Völkers offer lies in exclusive properties.
This quest for beauty was not absent from the opening evening, during which sponsors such as TartufLanghe and Target BMW Group were present.
The background of the evening was provided by the band "Gli Archimedi", which accompanied the guests during the tasting of finger food and fine wines meticulously prepared and chosen by Mariuccia, Simone and all the Hemingway staff
