Finally, summer and holidays are just around the corner. Compared to the 2020 season, this year we have a certainty: the high number of vaccinations is reducing the incidence of Covid-19 in our lives.
As long as the Italian regions remain in the "yellow" or "white" band, you can move around without restrictions. In addition, the Italian government has now opened its borders to tourists from all over Europe and Israel: no quarantine is necessary. You just need to have with you a negative Covid-19 test certificate done up to 48 hours before your arrival in Italy. Covid-tested flights are available to and from the USA. In addition, the adoption of the European Green Pass will further facilitate travels and participation in some events within the EU borders.
Bars and restaurants can serve customers taking into account the curfew, which currently is from 11 pm to 5 am. From 7 June it will be moved to midnight, and it will be permanently abolished from 21June. Anyway, if the Italian region is in the “white” band, the curfew will not be in effect.
From 1 June it will also be possible to eat indoors. Moreover, outdoor spaces have been expanded. You will enjoy the historic Italian squares, sea view terraces and lush gardens while drinking a glass of wine! Of course, reservations are strongly recommended.
Culture has also reopened its doors: museums, cinemas and theatres are finally ready to welcome you!
