It ‘s having a strong interest from European and world golf tourism, about our nation, already considered one of the first tourist destinations in the world, with almost 50 million foreigners every year, who admire its beauties.
Golf tourism is composed of practitioners of all levels, passionate and curious about the most played sport in the world with about 65 million practitioners (7.4 million in Europe) but also from families interested in natural, historical / architectural beauties and culinary art, with an eye towards the real estate market of the highest quality, referring to properties located in exclusive locations, in proximity or even within golf courses, which the national territory can widely offer.
The numbers speak clearly, from a survey conducted by Sports Marketing Surveys, in 2014, aimed at expressing the golfing potential of Italy: 31% of Britons and Irish, 56% of French, 71% of Swedes and 76 % of Germans could choose Italy as a tourist-golf destination in the next five years.
From the regional point of view, the Marches, after being in 2010, by the international media, among the five paradises in the world where living (from AARP source) and in 2016, as a can’t-miss destination by The Guardian, can certainly offer all this.
