Beatrice is literally in love with her city, Milan: its churches and its historical buildings have no secrets for her. She was born and raised in the “Capitale Meneghina” in a family passionate about "ancien ruins", and after graduating in Modern Literature, she devoted herself to the history of art for the first half of her life. She participates on the inauguration of the Diocesan Museum of Milan, follows an international project of FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano, collaborates with publishing houses and universities as personal assistant to a well-known art and culture popularizer and chooses a contemporary art gallery owner as a life partner. Art is absolutely her greatest love, along with reading, travelling and cooking. These passions are also an opportunity to change points of view and, thanks to this, Beatrice develops an innate talent in listening and empathy, a skill that she also applies in her professional life.
With the arrival of her beloved child, a change of priority leads her to choose a profession that allows her greater flexibility, while maintaining contact with those emotions that beautiful homes can convey. In fact, Beatrice joins the Engel & Völkers Milano Solari Team in 2019.
Colorful inside and outside, she is always available with her colleagues and tries to create a special relationship with them both for personal satisfaction and to convey 360 ° harmony and cohesion to the customer.
Why did you join Engel & Völkers?
I consider myself an original and at the same time reliable person: I chose Engel & Völkers for the seriousness of the brand and for the strength deriving from the combination of a global network with the knowledge of the local market, its capacity for technological innovation, strategy and personalization. Our services are dedicated to each Client: we are encouraged to be a personal Consultants rather than simply real estate agents. Relationships with our customers continue over time, following their different needs.
What do you like of your job?
I like moments of transition, sunrises and sunsets, the so-called "heure bleue", when the evening is about to give way to the night but still retains traces of the light of the day. It is a mediation between different shades of light. I like to conduct the negotiation with balance for both parties, believing that a good deal must be done in two: my seller of today is the buyer of tomorrow, and vice versa. Clarity, precision and passion for my work help me keep the rudder to straight!
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
Past present and future, temporal circularity: my best successes are set with attention to relationships, periodic review of know-how, and curiosity. The support of my colleagues is fundamental.
