From the greenery of Brianza and a reassuring life in the Italian province, Francesca moved to Milan at the age of 25 where she worked in the telephony industry. After 12 years as a full-time mother she feels that the time has come and following a crazy idea of her husband – as she likes to call it – she becomes a real estate agent joining the E&V Milan Porta Romana team in September 2019. Her good spirit and her engaging enthusiasm lead Francesca to win the award as Best Milan Newcomer 2020 for turnover.

Lover of travel and fitness, because the body is the first house we live in, shoe collector and passionate of sports car with whom she traveled around Europe with her husband, she loves to surround herself with people, listen to their stories and welcome them in her home cooking for them. Her secret dream is waking up every morning looking the sea from the window with her family and the beloved Yuki – a wonderful Jack Russell who saved and changed her life.



 
Why did you join E&V Milan?

Engel & Völkers is like a second family made up of great people who work with competence and professionalism. It is hard to find the same level of qualification, training and organization elsewhere.

 
What do you like of your job?

I need to surround myself with people, to have relationship and to exchange opinions with others in order to feel better and give the best of me. I like to know my clients, discover their stories and tiptoe into their homes. It’s nice when clients still call me to tell me about their life or simply to show me how they designed their new home.

 
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?

Definitely the first deal I ever made. It’s like the first love, it never goes through.
