Lets introduce you to our agents: E&V Milano presents Giovanna Castellani di Sermeti

Giovanna was born in Vincenza, but at the age of 2 she moved to Verona with her family. After graduating in Political Science at the University of Bologna, she moved to Munich to learn German. Back in Italy, she settled in Milan and began a career in public relations and, at the same time, opened a business in Verona organizing events in a family villa. After few years Giovanna decided to close the business and, following the lease of the property, has the opportunity to approach the real estate market for the first time. This experience gives her the desire to become a professional in the sector and in 2020 she obtains the qualification as a real estate agent. In 2021 She officialy joined the E&V Milan Porta Romana Team.

Giovanna is a sunny, enthusiastic person who loves to get involved by making new experiences. A caring mother of 3 boys and a little dog named Luna. One of her greatest passion is travelling, but she also enjoys tennis and skiing which she practiced at competitive level.

 

Why did you join Engel & Völkers?

I already knew E&V Verona and I really much appreciated it seriousness and professionalism. Moreover, when I was studying for the license of real estate agent, I often passed in front of the windows of the Milan agency and I got the desire to be part of the team. I’m very happy with my choice, I found a friendly environment and helpful colleagues and a company that heavily focuses on the training of its employees.

 
What do you like of your job?

The precise moment in which I build a connection with the client is what I like the most. Being able to establish a good relationship, to build customer loyalty, in a way it reminds me of my previous PR job.

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?

During these first months I was able to get to the heart of the various activities. I got satisfactions related to the acquisition of elegant properties in line with the E&V style. In this precise moment I’m leading a difficult negotiation and I can affirm that this phase it’s extremely fascinating and exciting.
