Lets introduce you to our agents: E&V Milano presents Ilaria Fanfoni

Parmesan of origin, but Milanese by adoption, Ilaria is an empathic, pragmatic woman with a great spirit of adaptation. After her studies at the Art School she embarked in a long career in the management of a professional study of occupational medicine. This experience allows her to approach the real estate market in an unexpected way: she manages real estate investments on behalf of the company owners on several occasions. In 2015 Ilaria decided to change her life, she moved to Milan and looking for the perfect home experiences difficulties in the relationship with the various estate agencies. Thanks to this experience the desire to get involved begins to mature and after a few years, in 2018, Ilaria joins the E&V Milan Porta Romana Team.

Mother of two children aged 7 and 5 with whom she loves to spend moments in the open air, she also dedicates her spare time at sport: running, fitness and snowboarding are just some of the activities she loves to practice.

Why did you join Engel & Völkers?

I attended the E&V recruitment event in March 2017 and it was love at the first sight. For the first time in my life I found a company that fully matched my idea of the perfect real estate agency: professionalism, reliability and customer care. One year after I joined the Milano Porta Romana team.

What do you like of your job?

Being a dynamic and curious person, I love the idea of being able to travel around the city. The opportunity to meet new people with whom I can approach myself naturally, entering in strong empathy is the strongest stimulus for me. My goal is always become a point of reference for clients and help them to solve all the matters related to the purchase or sale of a property.

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?



A positive feedback is the greatest success anyone doing this job can achieve. Thanks to my customers’ satisfaction and their word of mouth allows me to expand my network of contacts. If I have to narrow the field of successes to a single moment I would definitely say my first acquisition. An apartment in Corso Como where I managed to obtain the owner’s trust and an exclusive sale agreement thanks to my hard work and determination.
