Stefano was born in Milan and after his architecture and design studies he began his career in an architecture firm. He soon realizes that his passion is not building houses but selling them; understanding the connection between the owner and the house, the stories and emotions that are hidden within those walls. Stefano is one of the first agents to join the newly Engel & Völkers Milan Centro Storico shop in 2010. His experience and professionalism allow him to fully understand, sometimes even in advance, the sector’s dynamics and to establish a relationship of trust and complicity with customers. A determined and energetic person, Stefano is one of the points of reference for all his colleagues as well as the historical memory of the office.
He loves walking down the streets of the city, admiring the majestic palaces and the most famous monuments. A vintage cars lover, a big eater of typical local cuisine and an admirer of ancient and contemporary art attending the many exhibitions in the city.
Why did you join Engel & Völkers?
I had the ambitious to growth both professionally and personally. I wanted to improve the level of international relationship and the level of my results working on prestigious properties. I wanted to work for a group whose main purpose is to ensure an excellent service to its customers.
What do you like of your job?
I like the relationship with the client, entering the houses of people we do not know and understand their world and history.
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
I’ve sold many apartments during these 20 years and the biggest success is always the next sale. In particular, during these 10 years in Engel & Völkers Milan I've obtained constant results.
