Born and raised in Milan, after language studies she graduates in Political Science with a specialization in Marketing and Communication. For a few years she works as Press Office for well-known and emerging brands, a preparatory and formative experience for what has always been her destiny: the real estate world. In 2017 he obtained the qualification of Real Estate Agent and began her adventure as freelance. It is precisely during these years that she takes her first steps with enthusiasm and connects potential sellers with buyers across the Milanese territory.
She loves to start her workday very early because she believes that the first part of the day is always the most productive. In her free time she likes to travel and discover new places together with her husband and their two children.
If real estate is her great passion, music, particularly rock and roll, is her vent valve. Rigorous and meticulous at work and rebel in music. As a child, she begins attending the Music Conservatory playing piano, but after a short time she realizes that drums were the instrument for her, and by chance together with two guitarist friends and a bassist she formed an amateur band and sometimes plays for fun in a Milanese club of a close friend of her.
Alessia joined Engel & Völkers in 2024 in the E&V office in Porta Venezia and from the very first days she felt welcomed by an established and highly professional team.
Why did you choose to join E&V Milan?
Although I started my experience in real estate solo, I strongly believe in the strength of the team. This choice can be explained through the "metaphor of the mountaineers' rope team." The decision to undertake this profession stems from a drive that tends toward the summit that can only be reached with the help of an experienced guide. I like to think of E&V as my climbing partner.
What do you like about your work?
I love Milan, in all its facets. I am a lover of period buildings, I always observe every little feature and I like when I have the opportunity to visit hidden courtyards. Being able to visit different properties every day and relate to people by trying to understand what their needs are fascinates me and gives me the charge every morning to start my day happily.
What have been your biggest successes at Engel & Völkers?
I just started recently but I am already very determined to get involved and achieve good goals in E&V.
