Dynamic and curious, Chiara’s outgoing spirit and genuine ambition echo her family origins in the beautiful and prosperous Italian regions of Emilia Romagna and Lombardy.
Passionate about architecture and design from a young age, after studying Project Design & Fashion, she started her professional career in Interior Design, moving on to work in the fashion industry as a Sales Manager and Style Consultant, until she founded her own fashion brand. Later, she worked as a Project Manager for high-end lifestyle brands in the Real Estate, Hospitality, Wellness, and Fashion sectors.
Drawn to the unpredictable and constantly moving nature of the big city, Chiara moved to Milan and fell in love, but still escapes to the seaside as often as she can. A lifestyle and fitness connoisseur, she loves good wine and food, and is fascinated by Behavioral Psychology.
An aesthete and visionary, Chiara joined the Engel & Vӧlkers group so that she could follow her passion for the architecture of living spaces, working to help her clients discover unexpressed potential of every property.
Why did you join Engel & Vӧlkers?
I wanted to work with a global leader in the luxury Real Estate Industry, and was drawn to Engel & Vӧlkers’ reputation as a reliable company and a positive working environment.
From my first encounters with Engel & Vӧlkers, these qualities were tangible, but now that I am part of the team, they have exceeded my expectations, with accuracy, innovation and reliability defining my professional experience, and a team of colleagues who are like a big family.
What do you like about your job?
First of all the product: Homes! Whether I am helping customers find their dream home, or highlighting its potential in terms of redesign, I love working with living spaces and the people who live them. As an outgoing, friendly person, I love interacting with people and studying their behavior so I can help them find the perfect property and feel at home. The most wonderful moment is when you help a client see something that they had never imagined possible, and the dreamy, creative inspiration of that moment. Finally, I love the dynamism of this profession and the fact that it gives me so much flexibility.
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Vӧlkers?
The first success, of which I am incredibly proud, is the fact that I have been accepted into this Group – now I will work to achieve concrete successes in terms of sales and building relationships within the team and our client base so we can prosper together.
