Flavia was born Venezuela and spent most of her childhood in Caracas. She defines herself as a curious, creative and eclectic person and with a great passions for architecture, art and photography. She graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, then she attended the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera and the Scuola d’Arte del Castello Sforzesco where, among others, she learned to weave on the vertical loom. This path will allow her to collaborate with architects, designers and artists, and to exhibit her projects by participating in some events of the Fuorisalone, the Milan Fashion Week and in an installation at the museum Triennale. She has been working as a secretary and back office support for major multinational companies for more than ten years.
She currently lives in Milan with her two dogs (adopted!), with whom she takes long walks every day. The world of Real Estate has always been of great interest to her and to her family who have been working in this field of work for generations. She joined the Engel & Völkers Milan team in June 2022, as Team Assistant in the Solari Shop.
Why did you chose Engel & Völkers?
I've had been meaning to go back to work in Real Estate for a while and finally I put myself to the challenge. Being part of Engel & Völkers, a worldwide leading company in this sector, convinced me that I was making a right and important choice in my life.
What do you like about your job?
There are many aspects that I find interesting about this job, first of all, the chance of learning something new every day, from both a professional and personal point of view. I'm surrounded by people who I look up to and I think that a collaborative and enthusiastic team like ours are always going to be one step ahead on provide an excellent service.
What were your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
I am proactive and very helpful, with an attention to both customers and colleagues needs, allowing them to do their job even more successfully.
