Paola was born and raised in Trapani. At the age of 19 she moved to Pisa, where she graduated in Entertainment and Communication Disciplines. During her university years, she had the opportunity to work at a film club, nurturing her passion for cinema. Later, she moved to Reggio Emilia to complete a Master's degree in Public Communication Sciences, Business and Advertising.
Among her favourite activities, Paola loves swimming and taking long walks by the sea, which give her tranquillity and inspiration for her paintings, a hobby inherited from her mother. In the past, she played volleyball, an experience that taught her the importance of discipline and commitment.
After moving to Milan, she had a short experience in real estate and banking sectors, and in the meantime, she attended a Master in HR. In 2023, she joined the E&V Milano team at the Porta Romana shop.
She has a particular affinity with cats, especially with her cat Giannina.

What do you like of your job?
There are several aspects of my job as a Team Assistant at Engel & Völkers Milano that I appreciate. From the beginning, I was impressed by the collaboration among colleagues. Being part of a group of motivated professionals creates a stimulating environment where we can share knowledge, supporting each other, and achieving common goals. The constant evolution of the real estate sector also gives me the opportunity for professional growth and the chance to face stimulating challenges.
