Lets introduce you to our team: E&V Milano presents Valeria Zaffarano

Born and raised in Puglia, Valeria is a pragmatic and sunny woman. After her degree in law awarded by University of Foggia, she specialized in the forensic practice but she soon realized that it was not her cup of tea. A position as Team Assistant has been offered to her by Engel & Völkers Abruzzo/Puglia commercial in 2015. She immediately felt in love with the E&V brand and in 2016 decided to join the residential division of E&V Naples and later in Amalfi/Capri. The desire for a professional growth and for joining one of the most established and consolidated E&V teams in Italy, led her to Engel &  Völkers Milan in 2018.

Valeria immediately became a point of reference not only for the real estate agents, but also for her team assistant colleagues thanks to her organization, reliability and availability. Travelling is one of her great passion, even alone and she also loves animals and nature dreaming for a world with a greater respect for both. Running is another of Valeria passions: a pair of running shoes are always available in her suitcase. Ugo, an adorable Shitzu dog who lovely and faithfully follows her everywhere, has been with her for 7 years.

Why did you join Engel & Völkers?

As soon as I heard of a job offer in E&V Milan I decided to apply immediately despite the changes that this choice would have brought in my life. E&V Milan is a well structured reality, the Milanese real estate market is in constant turmoil and this pushes all of us to improve and do more and more. 

What do you like of your job?

I like being part of a constantly growing company, with an open minded and business oriented mentality but at the same time that put the human relationship at the center.

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?

The biggest success for me is when my colleagues thank me non only for my business support, but also for the human one.
