Lets introduce you to our team: E&V Milano presents Vittoria Leonardi

Born and bred in Camerano, a small village a few kilometres from Ancona, Vittoria’s free and independent spirit made her province life too narrow so at 18 she decided to move to Milan to continue her studies and passion for marketing graduating in Marketing Management at Bocconi University. Her deep interest in the field pushed her to deepen, study and keep herself constantly updated but, at the same time, she is also a victim of it, as she likes to say. After a brief spell in the marketing division of Fellowes in Doncaster – a company of office solutions – in 2019 she joined as a trainee Engel & Vӧlkers and then became Marketing Specialist of the Milan office in 2020.

 
Vittoria is a sunny and enthusiastic person who loves being in company, organizing events with family and friends and traveling especially to the seaside where she can relax and recharge her batteries. A competitive skier, she rides around the city by bicycle and spends her weekends visiting museums and modern and contemporary art exhibitions.

 

Why did you join Engel & Vӧlkers?

I approached the real estate sector by curiosity and I immediately remained fascinated and passionate about it. I chose Engel & Vӧlkers because it is a prestigious and internationally renowned brand capable of providing me with interesting stimuli and perspectives.

 

What do you like of your job?

The teamworking, the dynamism of the work with new and stimulating challenges every day. I like to bring new ideas and projects that can support the team.

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Vӧlkers?

Being able to create and provide the necessary tools not only to make the brand known more and more, but also to support the team in all the communication activities necessary to make their work better are a great stimulus and satisfaction for me.
