Successfully completed the lease of the industrial property in via Gallarate 253 in Milan, for a total surface of about 3,500 sqm.
The
Koelliker Group has given an exclusive mandate to the
Industrial and Office teams for the marketing of its real estate portfolio consisting of various assets in the cities of Milan, Turin and Padua.
Already at the beginning of
2017 the industrial property had been the subject of interest by Auto Cogliati S.p.A. for the construction of a new Volkswagen car showroom.
Gianluca Lo Presti - Team Office E&VC - directly managed the negotiation: "The complexity of the deal was tied mainly to the important renovation of the building, which was paid by the Tenant, and to the stringent timings imposed by the German Automobile House."
