The Industrial & Logistics Team Engel & Völkers Commercial Milan was commissioned by P.I.S. (Sabina Industrial Park), partner of SECI Real Estate (company of the Industrial Group Maccaferi) for the marketing of the Logistics – Industrial Polo in the North of Rome.

The area is located in the north of Rome. The Industrial Park pursues, through the sale of urbanized lots in surface law, the realization of a logistic Pole that is already operative.
