On 9 November, in Milan, in the picturesque setting of Palazzo Clerici, was held the meeting between the Licence Partner Italy and the whole Team Manager Engel & Völkers Italy with the extraordinary presence of Philipp Niemann Managing Director E & V. This event was the extraordinary opportunity to take stock of the trend Engel &Völkers in the year 2016 and analyze the forecasts in 2017.
The numbers markall positive trend: we have gone from 5,975 agents in 2015 to 6547 in 2016. The number of licenses sold in Italy has risen from 49 in 2015 to 59 to date until you get to 63 by the end of this year.
