Bardolino is set at the feet of the morainic hills covered with olive groves and vineyards. It is not only known for the production of the famous red wine Bardolino or of the Rosé Chiaretto, but also for the beauties of the old town centre with its alleys, the numerous stores, the typical restaurants and the long promenades along the lakeshore.
Interesting places that are worth a visit are the Romanesque church "San Severo" with its interesting frescos, the church "Santa Maria" in Cisano and the Olive Oil Museum directly on the Gardesana state road.

All this is the Grape Festival of Bardolino, the annual stage created to honor the symbolic wine of a territory, from the Classic to the Superior and to the Chiaretto, which from 3rd to 7th October 2019 will animate the lakefront and the streets of the historic center of Bardolino with a busy calendar of events.
Bardolino is not just a destination for peace lovers or families, but also for excursionists and mountain bikers, for many trips will take you to discover breath-taking landscapes.
