The three individual villas Ulivo, Cipresso and Cedro are born, inspired by a modern line but with the flavour of rustic buildings, which are typical in Italy.

The master bedroom will enjoy a panoramic terrace where you can completely relax on a dorm. The villa also houses a lower floor where it will be possible to create a spa area and / or wine cellar. The space for two covered parking spaces and two separate spaces complete the beautiful solution.
The greenery surrounding the villas will allow you to enjoy good privacy while ensuring the right tranquility and security.

The villas are located in Marciaga, in the municipality of Costermano, on Lake Garda.
The municipality is known for its green nature and the wonderful lake view it offers. Marciaga is about 35 kilometers from Verona and is in a north-west position.
There are many places of extreme beauty and charm that can be found here. It also offers the opportunity to go for walks in the open, mountain bike tours and many other sports for families and / or friends, such as the Golf which we find almost adjacent to our location.
