Terraces on the lake: history (with video) of five villas

Ulivo, Cipresso, Cedro, Gelso and Ginestro: the five terraces on the lake are ready and have all found an owner.

We informed you about the development of these villas from the laying of the first stone to the keys’ delivery to families who came from Germany not to miss the opportunity of buying one of these prestigious residences. Now we would like to celebrate this success by retracing a year and a half of work during which, despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the works continued to ensure that at the threshold of the season 2021 the villas could show all their splendor.

Design of terraces on the lake

The modern design makes the buildings immediately recognizable on the hill of Marciaga, a village in the municipality of Costermano surrounded by greenery and olive trees and famous for its amazing golf course. At the same time, the architecture recalls the Italian style: each villa has a private pool facing the lake and large windows that make the house full of light. The gardens are cared for in every detail as well as the interior spaces, which are expertly arranged. The view of the lake from the panoramic terraces leaves you breathless. The quality of the materials is of high standard, the energy class is the best.

Marciaga is located not far from Garda: in few minutes you are on the lake, where you can stroll through the narrow streets of the town, have lunch in typical restaurants or go shopping in trendy shops. At the same time, sports and nature lovers will find cycle and jogging paths.

This is a big satisfaction for us who remember the site inspections with fog and then the visits under the sun. This is the result of our effert for us who through the renderings and the careful choice of specifications have imagined the ready houses. And for us who have identified the right buyers it is an achieved goal to know that within few month the new owners will have breakfast enjoying the colours of the lake, then go out to the pool to sunbathe and in the evening breathe the beauty of the interiors of the villas of Marciaga, which we feel a little ours.
