During the first weekend of January our region is full of different and fun activities! Traditionally the Befana is portrayed as an old lady that brings sweets and cakes to good children, and coal to those who have been naughty during the year. On the 6th of January the Befana will join many of our villages to celebrate this moment!
In Rapallo, on Sunday the 6th, Befana will be at the Circolo Pescatori Dilettanti. In Santa Margherita Ligure, at 11th o’clock, the Befana will come from the sea to celebrate with the children, with the support of the Green Cross Association. For the adults, in Zoagli, in the beautiful spot of Canevaro Castle there will be a violin concert, featuring Andrea Cardinale, José Scanu and Guglielmo Chiaretti. In Rapallo, at 9 pm at the Clarisse Auditorium, there will be a dance show.
