Great results for the second E&V Day in Italy: 420 among Real Estate Agents, Licence Partners, Office Managers, Team Assistants took part in the Company Meeting of the Engel & Völkers Network in Italy.
Also, some guests from the Headquarters of Hamburg decided to join the convention: Paloma Pérez Bravo, COO of Engel & Völkers AG, Philipp Niemann, Managing Director EMEA and Silke Dittrich, Marketing Director International.
There were many interesting presentations and topics during the event of November 12, which was held at Studio 90 of the East End Studios in Via Mecenate in Milan: first of all, institutional presentations with an overview concerning CGI and number of agents; then, an international panel on trust with a LiPa from MC Berlin, an OM from Costa Adeje - Tenerife, a Team Leader from Prague and an agent from MC Paris; furthermore, Shops and agent awards.
The Keynote Speaker was the famous Italian astronaut Paolo Nespoli who gave his own version of work-related trust, especially talking about his experience in the ISS, the International Space Station.
So, the main topic of the event was "trust" and how to reach it in the real estate agent profession.
During the second E&V Day there were also moments of entertainment: there were an aperitif and a buffet dinner followed by a live band performance and a dj-set in the same location. It was a huge success and all the numerous guests of the Covention enjoyed the party.
