The Castle of Zocco dates back to medieval times, in fact it has a circular wall, which had a defensive function, with seven towers, eight curtains and two entrance doors. Inside we find different types of buildings that have followed one another over the centuries.
The walls of the Castle and all its internal structures are entirely to be restored.
The current owners have submitted a renovation project to get a prior opinion from the competent bodies, this has been accepted and can be an excellent starting point for any recovery plan and related executive project.
The property has a covered building area of 3,350 square meters. The land owned by the property, about 6.3 hectares, develops all around the Castle, both in the back and side and in the front, reaching the shores of Lake Trasimeno.

From this area you can take any itinerary for the major historic towns of Umbria and Tuscany: Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, Orvieto, Siena, Arezzo. Furthermore we are halfway between Florence and Rome, therefore also excellent for national and international travel.
The task of mediation with our agency and / or our real estate agents is formalized with the stipulation of an agreement or with the use of the services listed in our service brochure / in our real estate cards and related clauses. The compensation for the
mediation (commission) paid by the buyer is equal to 4.00% plus VAT, calculated on the purchase price of the property. The commission is considered earned and payable together with the signing of the preliminary sale contract (compromise). The minimum commission is € 5,000 + VAT.
