A new Market Center in Luxembourg

On 26 September 2019, Engel & Völkers opened its new Market Center in Merl.

The international real estate company Engel & Völkers introduced its "Market Center" concept in 2013 and is revisiting the traditional real estate agency, bringing it an even more international dimension. Owned and managed directly by Engel & Völkers AG (Hamburg, Germany), the Market Center Luxembourg combines the local knowledge of its real estate agents with the international expertise of the leading real estate group for over 40 years. This concept has already proved its worth in strategic metropolitan areas such as Hamburg, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong,... This is precisely the case in Luxembourg, which is one of the most promising European real estate markets.

It is therefore during an official opening ceremony that no less than 150 guests gathered in this new contemporary space located in Merl. The opening speech by Mr. Kai Enders, Member of the Board Engel & Völkers AG, was followed by a speech explaining the concept of Mr. John Philipp Niemann, Managing Director Engel & Völkers EMEA. During this evening, guests were able to get to know the brand, the group's real estate agents in Luxembourg and discover the properties and real estate projects for sale.
