The Luxembourg City Film Festival has completed this weekend and has announced “Foxtrot” as a winner: an Israeli movie directed by Samuel Maoz. Engel & Völkers returns today on this full of images-week in order to share with you a part of the prize list of this 8th edition.
This year, this is the boldness of Samuel Maoz which has prevailed as his last movie entitled “Foxtrot” has won the First Prize of the festival. The victory of this feature-length movie is a beautiful reference for the artistic and expression freedom. Indeed, the director has featured a tricky theme with confidence while cheering up the audience. The jury highlighted the fact that the film excelled in all its aspects by telling the story of the loss of innocence of a soldier and his family.
