Meet our new real estate expert for Beggen and Dommeldange: Christopher Bailey is originally from the South of France, and after living in the North of England and Scotland for a few years, he has made Luxembourg his home. From a young age, Christopher has been surrounded by real estate: “My family has been very active in the real estate industry, and especially at family gatherings, we would dive into various specificities and interesting cases you would encounter in the real estate world”, he remembers.
Christopher enjoys meeting a range of different people on a daily basis. “Being on the move and in touch with people of various backgrounds is very interesting to me”, says Christopher. “It’s particularly exciting to be doing this for Engel & Völkers, a brand I have been very well acquainted with during my time in France”. Moving to the Grand Duchy has had a big impact on the young agent. “While the South of France is highly tourism-driven and at times can feel a bit empty outside of the main tourism period, Luxembourg is busy throughout the year, without it being hectic. It’s great because I get to interact with people from all around the world, accompanying them to find their new home quickly and with ease”.
In his spare time, Christopher likes to explore the many trails Dommeldange and Beggen have to offer. “I also enjoy playing rugby, a sport I have been fascinated with for more than a decade now”, he says. “It’s a game that teaches you to respect one another, and I learned never to get too comfortable, and to always be on my feet. This is something I apply to my professional life as well.”
