After studying at ICHEC Brussels Business School and gaining several years of marketing experience, Lynn Winandy decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent - a goal that the ambitious rental expert had had in mind for some time. "Marketing has helped me a lot to build a solid network in Luxembourg," says Lynn. “As a broker, it is important to build trust with your customers. Especially given that prices in Luxembourg are very high, an open and honest contact between the agent and the customer is essential.”
Lynn Winandy sees one of the greatest challenges in the dynamics of the Luxembourg real estate market: “Basically, you always have to be ready for action and, above all, be able to react quickly to any inquiries. The rental market is a fast-paced one. I enjoy trying to ensure that my customers get their ideal apartment for their money.”
Through her work, Lynn gets to know numerous new facets of her home country. “It is not unusual for me to discover places and corners that were still completely unknown to me. However, it is particularly exciting to meet many new people. Especially here in Luxembourg you can easily get in touch with people from different countries.”
Lynn Winandy fondly remembers her very first customer: “As a thank you for my work, I received chocolates from Finland. That made me very happy and proud.”
