A modern and functional architecture

The project was designed by the architectural firm Dagli. It is being built by CODUR. The project includes 4 detached houses, which are characterised by modern and functional architecture. They all consist of 4 levels, 3 of which are habitable.

The houses will have a high energy performance and meet the criteria of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 23 July 2016 on the energy performance of residential buildings. The energy concept of the houses will be prepared by INEO, the thermal planning office responsible for the project. The aim is to achieve the A-B-A result for the EPC.

An excellent location

Cessange is located in the South of Luxembourg City. The ideal location attracts many people looking for a balance between the hustle and bustle of the city and rural tranquillity. The new Kockelscheuer business park, as well as the lively Gasperich district with the Cloche d'Or activity centre, are not far away.
