The real estate agency, Engel & Völkers, has granted a new residential license in Portugal and it is launched in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia. With an international presence, and being specialists in dealing with issues related to luxury real estate, this exclusive property shop has opened in the northern region of Portugal by the two new licensees: Luís Guerra and Rita Mouro.
With its sights firmly set on a future of growth for 2018, Engel & Völkers considers the northern region of Portugal as an opportunity to further expand its range of activities by taking advantage of foreign interest in this region of the country and also factors, such as the recovery of the banking system and the national economy itself. These factors, which point to the growth and decentralisation of the real estate market, are highly anticipated by Engel & Völkers.
The firm, which specialises in luxury real estate, has chosen the northern region of Portugal and out of the fourteen licenses of the brand in our country, three of them are located in the north of the country.
In fact, while remaining confident in the growth of the sector and also in the increase in demand in other regions of Portugal, Engel & Völkers is looking to open another property shop, which adds to the already existing locations - namely Cascais, Estoril, Lisbon (Parque das Nações and Restelo), Porto (Porto Foz and Porto City), Alentejo Litoral and Algarve (Albufeira, Lagos, Vilamoura, Portimão and Quinta do Lago).
Engel & Völkers is very enthusiastic about the assignment of the residential license to Luís Guerra and Rita Mouro.
