Water Kings on 26 - 27 May 2018 in Lagos

Meia Praia in Lagos will host the third edition of the Water Kings, an extreme event that, for 12 hours, non-stop from noon to midnight on Saturday, challenged them to exceed their limits. The unprecedented format combined teams in kiteboarding, sailing, windsurfing and stand-up paddling. The Water Kings testing the resilience and teamwork of the more adventurous. The variation of the weather conditions requiring a good management of the teams' timings of entry into the different times and modalities chosen in each period.
The objective is only one, to be able to make 60% of the number of laps and get the status of Water Man or point to the top and be crowned Water King. According to Francisco Lufinha, world kiteboarder and organizer of the event, "we are very excited to organize the event at Meia Praia, this time closer to the Marina of Lagos and the city."
