Engel & Völkers is proud to present a world novelty in real estate marketing: the Owner App. Would you like to be kept up to date on the marketing status of your property? This new app offers maximum transparency with regard to your property sale and lets you track each step of the sales process.
This real estate app is specifically tailored to your needs as a seller and provides you with insight on every marketing step that is undertaken for your property. You can use the real estate app via your smartphone, tablet or computer.
The marketing activities are divided into six different milestones, whose status can be seen at a glance by simply looking at the app header:
• “The exposé of your property has been published”
• “A visitor has looked at your exposé on the E&V Search”
• “The first contact request via the E&V Search has been generated.”
• “The first exposé has been sent to a customer.”
• “The first property viewing took place.”
• “The property has been sold.”
The main motive of the real estate app is to make the sales process as transparent as possible. It is a flexible and client-oriented addition to the regular status meetings with your estate agent. In this way, you are always up to date on the sales status of your property, no matter where you are.
Apart from the marketing milestones, you can also get a good idea of how attractive your house or apartment is to potential buyers in the property market. The dashboard shows the following key figures:
• Number of exposé views*
• Number of Watch lists to which the exposé has been added*
• Number of customer requests*
• Number of sent exposés
• Number of property viewings

The activity page offers a more detailed overview of the sales process. All conducted marketing activities are listed in chronological order and supplemented with key data. This includes the following activities, for example:
• „Exposé published“
• „Exposé view over the E&V Search“
• „Property was added to the Watch list“
• „Exposé sent“
• „Appointment for a property viewing“
This transparent presentation of the marketing steps visualises and therefore facilitates the property sales process. Of course, your estate agent will still be there for you at all times, should you require any further assistance. You can use the Owner App to contact your designated estate agent, either by sending an email or making a call directly from within the app.
For you as a residential property seller, the app will be available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Catalan and Flemish.
