Last 11 January, we held the first team meeting with the kick-off of 2023, where we presented the review of 2022 and the global and individual objectives for 2023. The year 2022 started in the best way, as the Comporta shop ended the year 2021 in 1st place in the national ranking, but this was a challenging year with many internal adjustments and operating mode taking into account the history of 2021.
The kick off meeting 2023 ended with a small ceremony to present the "Awards 2022" recognising the whole team for their effort and dedication with the nomination for Awards in several categories. The awards were presented by our Managing Director in a relaxed atmosphere but with a professional attitude.

We ended the meeting with great news .... as in 2022 we kept the first place in the national ranking, confirming that the strategy and the operational methodology are the right ones because the team has been consistent year after year!
