On 5 March, at the end of the monthly team meeting, as in the previous year, we rewarded our colleagues in a variety of categories with the 2023 awards. This moment of recognition came after a detailed review of the previous year's performance and the definition of the ambitious goals we want to reach both as a team and individually throughout 2024.
The relaxed atmosphere of the meeting was a reflection of the unity and companionship that characterises our team, and it was with great satisfaction that we saw each member recognised for their effort and dedication during a year full of challenges and achievements.
